Emotion Color Mapping

- Ask the client to list 3 to 5 emotions they currently feel.
- For each emotion, choose a color that represents it.
- Draw simple color blocks or a mood circle.
- Discuss why each color was chosen and what it means to the client.

Grounding Through Five Senses

- Name 4 things you can feel.

CBT Thought Record

- Describe a recent stressful situation in one sentence.
- Write the automatic thought that came up.
- Rate emotion intensity from 1 to 10.
- List evidence supporting and not supporting the thought.
- Write a more balanced replacement thought.
- Re-rate emotion intensity and discuss the change.
